Infertility is when a couple is unable to conceive despite regular sexual intercourse without use of contraceptives for at least a year. - Smoking & Tobacco: Smoking reduces the likelihood of pregnancy in both partners. It can lead miscarriages in women & erectile dysfunction in men
- Alcohol consumption: In women, alcohol leads to miscarriages or stillbirth & in men, it can lead to lower sperm count & motility
- Being Overweight or underweight
- Sedentary lifestyle which can lead to obesity
